Charles Daly 410 AR upper

Merry Christmas, got one of these and there are two problems:
1) There are no readily available instructions on assemble and disassemble for maintenance. Does anybody know where to find this info?
2) I can cast and reload but there is no data that I have found for reloading Remington 410 Ultimate Defense rounds. Anybody found any buckshot loading data for a 410 were the product is less than 2.30 inches in length? Have stuff coming from Ballistic Products. It would be quite easy to rip through a couple hundred bucks of ammo in no time. So reloading is attractive. Plus I have the affordable prepper handheld reloading tools, the DIY kind to work with (Locusts on the Horizon). Ideas?
