Hello all,
I hate for you guys to find out like this, but my dad, some may know as Charlie or Boaz, has passed away this weekend on November 5th. He was a very Christian man and a great father to me and my brother. He has gone to meet the Lord. I know we will see him again someday, but that does not fill the void that we will all feel in our hearts without him here.

we do know of this and there is a huge Gap here as well! many of us spoke to him in his last days, and he was well loved here and spoke of you many times to many of us. Prayers sent for your loss. You will see him again!

Rebecca, I never had the honor to meet your dad in person, but we exchanged several lengthy e-mails and I know what a fine man and good Christian he was. I considered him one of my best friends, and I shall greatly miss him. Please let me offer my sincerest sympathy concerning your loss, and let me remind you of the promise of our Savior that we shall again see and be with those who have departed this life, and who will be resurrected into the next where there is no sickness or pain. May God bless you and your brother and watch over you during these troubled times.

I spoke with your Dad a couple of times. He will be missed on this forum. Our prayers are with you and the rest of his family and friends.
Your father was a very talented story teller and humble man. He and I had a lot of interaction during his penning of Tumbleweeds and his witnessing in the Chapel. He is with the Lord now, but is missed by many he interacted with here. Condolences to you and your brother on his passing.

My brother and I have sent the funeral to be December 11, 2021 @10am in Wichita Falls, Tx. If any one would like to attend the grave side service, you are more than welcome to come if you want to make the trip.
