Oh my goodness, you have one! So two have survived, out of a possible 5.
I would like more information, where is the press located? Can you get to it and take more pictures? Can you get the numbers off it?

It is missing some parts, the primer catcher drawer and the primer feed. The forth, small hole is for a Lyman #55 drop tube.
That sir, is a Powrgear press. Made in Texas sometime in the mid-1960's. It was thought just 5 were made before funds dried up. It was conceived as a marketable, commercial press but never made it to market. They are very well made and machined. Turret rotation is by the big thumb latch on the left. The turret rotates butter smooth.

I still think it looks like the illegitimate love child of a turret press and a tire changer. No wonder they’re so rare… the strange looks you would get would be so distracting. :bigsmyl2:
