As far as I can tell comparing it to other photos I've seen I believe it is a genuine Star.
It also appears to have a bullet feeder installed.
I should have it in my hands by the end of next week along with my new to me Magma Caster.

Yes, it's a Star Sizer, on an older Magma heated base. The bullet feeder is also Magma. The handle is laying towards the back and has a black knob on it. The handle has been installed in the rear position, I would guess for storing, or shipping. It also appears to have a couple of extra sizer dies with it.

Yup it's real, just like mine. Feeder can be fussy. I put a nail as a post in the slide and operate manually. Should have bullet tubes as well. If not 1/2" copper works
The sizer looks like an original Star, not a Magma made machine, so it is older than older than 02. 1997 at the latest, but probably older than that. Not that that's a problem.
