I doubt you'd notice any real difference between the two. The 360-176-SWC is the older original 358429 Lyman mould clone. It would be closer to what Major Wesson used when experimenting with the original 357 but the differences between these two moulds are pretty trivial.
I would go with the 360-176, solely because of the slightly shorter crimp groove-to-nose length. In my model 28, that .009 difference matters. In my other .357's, not so much.
