I've got an old Paco Kelly article that list 17.0 gr H110 with a 90 gr. jacketed bullet generating 25,500 cup for a 'strong, Level 2 gun'. Same article lists several H-110 loads for 'Level 3' guns' with pressures of 30,000 cup or greater. If it were me, I believe I'd stick with Level 2 (or even Level 1) loads in a relined rifle.
btw...7 gr. of AA#5 under a Lyman 311008 (115 gr) is gopher-whacking accurate out to about 125 yds from my Uberti Low Wall.
