Pietta .31 cal Remington pocket parts interchangeability

I have a CVA .31 cal Remington pocket. The handpawl broke during shooting. Was wondering if parts from pietta will work in the older CVA ones. Does anyone here knows?

I don't know if Pietta parts will fit in a CVA revolver, but try Dixie Gun Works for .31 Remington pocket parts. Here's a link:

Just the spring on the hand.

An old fashioned bobby pin cut right will make an easy replacement for the flat spring.

Another fix is harder but works need to drill and tap a hole in the frame for a plunger and coil spring ala Ruger style to act on the hand.

I prefer the bobby pin fix it works well.

ive gotten old cap and balls to work in the past with new parts from dixie gun. if you get them on phone there is high probability they have what you need.
