Can't register at gunloads.com

Hello,
I tried using the username here to register, filled in the blanks, agreed to the terms then hit the button to complete the registration but got the following error
"The following errors occurred during your registration
The string you entered for the image verification did not match what was displayed." Only problem I see is there is no image anywhere or a place to enter whatever it is I need to enter anywhere that I can see. I tried logging in with the username and password that I use here but that didn't work. Can someone help me figger this out?

Tried it on my iPad and get the same message. There is no image or a box to type in for the Image Verification.
