22LR caliber rifles only.
Liability waver must be signed in order to enter.
All safety rules will be strictly adhered to by the range officers.
This shoot is held at a private COLD RANGE. No loaded firearms permitted beyond the gates. Only at the firing line will a firearm be allowed to be loaded. All rifles will be checked at the gate. Chamber flags will be installed before entering the range. Chamber flags will remain in the rifles action until it is time to compete. It is required all rifles remain cased during the event. There will be a designated safety area for mechanical troubleshoot checks of firearms where rifles can be uncased.
Competitors rifles will remained cased at all times until it’s time to shoot.
Bring eye and ear protection.
Come early to get registered.
Shooters under 18 must be accompanied by parent or adult.

open sight class @ 50 yards and 100 yards
scoped class @ 50 yards and 100 yards.
(open sight class rifles can have aperture/peep sights)
Bring your own rifle/rifles and ammunition, no rifles or ammo is supplied.

Each competition class is fired completely free hand. No bipods, slings, shooting sticks, rests of any kind can be used.

There is NO “SIGHT IN AREA”. Be sure your rifle is on target before you get to the competition.

Each class is $5.00 per heat. Any shooter can enter more than once in each heat to win.

The 50 yard competition is 3 shots in 30 seconds with highest scored total wins the heat. (Scoped and Open sight class)A prize voucher is awarded of $20.00 for any of the three regional grocery stores.

The 100 yard competition is 1 shot in 15 seconds whoever is closest to the center of the bullseye wins. (Scoped and Open sight class) A $20.00 cash prize goes to the winner of each heat.

50/50 raffle on site $1.00 each ticket or 6 tickets for $5.00. Drawings at 1PM and 3PM. Must be present to win.

A real fire pit, Dutch Oven Style, hot lunch will be served on site. Beef Stew and pineapple upside down cake with a drink. Cowboy coffee will also be served. (Donations for the meal are greatly appreciated)
