Thursdays Bump
I use an old C-H set. I'm not sure the seater crimps but I'd be shocked if it won't. Let me check and I will loan it to you if you want. My .358 is due for a stock refinish so I can do without the dies for a spell.
Best, Thomas.
I get it. Neither a borrower or lender be.
Best,Thomas.
Still hoping someone has one.
Thursday evening bump
Keep hoping someone will have a old one lying about. Does not need to look pretty,
Friday bump to top
Mondays bump
one week later and still in need
Maybe one of these days ?
Guess it is time to throw in the towel
Don't throw in the towel yet
I thought I had something for you, but it turned out not to be the case.
I have what appears to be a Pacific 358 Win neck sizing die body with no stem. It is marked "358 Win" with a "N" with the top threaded for a stem. Does not appear to be a seating die, because there is no crimp ring in the die body.
I bought this and a 38 special sizer or expander die here to attempt to make a die or two I needed. If you can use the 358 at all, let me know. I was hoping it was a seater die, but no luck.
Pm sent.
No luck so far.
Still hoping :groner:
Did you think about the 356 die set, they also work for the 358 Win and this die set's seater has a taper/roll crimp:

Thank it is time to call it a day.
Dang. Thought I could help and went upstairs but I have a rcbs 348 win set not the 358.
Try swap & sell if you prefer not to have one gifted to you.
