'KCSO', Jim suffered a stroke recently and is working on his recovery in a local assisted living facility. He is anxious to be able to go back home. He called this morning and asked me to pass this information on to his CB friends. Just a few weeks ago I visited him at his shop. He showed me all of the projects he was working on. Tell Jim - strokes are strange occurrences, sometimes you have permanent changes, but most times the changes are temporary and directly related to how stubbornly you fight back. Fight back Jim!!

Still praying for full recovery!
I called Jim this morning. His mind is still very sharp! He lost the use of his left side, still working on therapy. He recently learned to use a 'frame' to be able to get back and forth between his bed and chair. He is disappointed that he can't work on his shooting projects anymore. He did seem to be in 'good spirits', considering his plight? I hope to get up and see him later this Spring.Quote:
