This is Smoke's red and blue. Sprayed with a Harbor Freight gun while setting on top of 45ACP cases. The mouth of the cases were reduced in size just enough to firmly hold the bullets. The cases were pop-riveted to a piece of aluminum and a 44mag. sizing die was used to reduce the case mouth. The bullets passed the smash test with flying colors. The mold is from Accurate. One cavity is 460/405v and the other is 460/405vg.

First ones I've powder coated with my Harbor Freight system.
I used to dry tumble & this is way better!

not so sure about those red ones
the warning label may be correct
Testing out more of Smoke's powders..... both sprayed really well, coverage is excellent, and they feel slick!!!

I don't have any j-words handy, but here's how it compares to real copper: Close!!!
But note: This color will not tumble, it must be sprayed, and it costs a little more.

Alright, I am not at the level you guys are, but I finally have some pictures of my newbie attempts. This is Smoke's Flame Red (44Mag, Accurate 43-265F), with the shake & bake method with black BB's:

I finally finished coating everything I've casted recently. My crappy analog bathroom scale suggests there are about 1500 boolits in the jar.
Getting ready to try out and compare my new PC'ed 44Mag boolits (with and without PC):

and my 45-70 boolits (with and without PC) as well as some new swagged round balls I am trying:

Today I mixed some of Smoke's orange/brown with the SD copper. It makes a nice color!

And, I tested some used (reclaimed) powder from a powdercoating shop. It makes a very nice color, but when it starts to flow, it flows just a little more than I like. I'll have to test it a little more. But.... it does have full coverage, feels super slippery and might shoot great.
