I grilled hamburgers and venison burgers, put all the polished .30 carbine brass into coffee cans, researched an upcoming 130 gr/ 6.8SPC thumper load, cleaned, lubed and test fired a low rent RG .25acp true pocket pistol- the little toot was fun. And started assembling a cedar handled letter opener for my queen.

Cast about 472-200gr 45ACP boolits. Powder coated and sized. Ready to load. Also some .458 X 325 gr for 45-70 boolits.
Replaced the micro switch in one of my powder checker dies, purchased from{ Grainger’s}that died because of leaving the leaking battery in too long with out checking condition. Lithium batteries from now on.

Last night I tried out my new Worlds Finest Trimmer 2 on some 223. Slick little tool, much faster than my Lyman Universal even with the power attachment. Then chamfered the case mouths and threw them in the tumbler. Loaded 100 30-30 too.

Casting, accidentally spilt some lead it splashed everywhere I jumped clear super fast and I still have all my skin. None of it got me. I had my glasses on. I think it’s crazy not to be wearing glasses casting. ... goodbye eyesight if a hot piece of lead gets u

Gifted back about 40lbs of pure lead and 30 lbs. of range scrap muffins to a friend that has just bought a Lee Pot and has also started visiting here. Believe he will be casting .358, 30 cal and for a 45-70.
The pure lead was from roofing salvage that he gave me but I really have no use for pure. I also gifted him about 2lbs of linotype.

Sorted out 100+ matching headstamp .30 Carbine from the "mixed" batch to load up and add to the stash.

I finished sizing a repriming 450 rds of .308 and .30-40 brass. Now I'm all set for my testing of mid speed powders, H-322, RL10x and AA2015 with 155-160 and 200 gr Lees. My left arm is kind'a sore from holding it up to feed the press! It's getting better though. Nice an cool this morning, but supposed to be HOT this afternoon.

I pulled bullets from some 8MM Mauser ammo that the primers had gone bad, saved the powder and bullets. I saved over a pound of powder to use in my 219 Zipper and will sell the bullets as plinkers. I still have 5 or 6 hundred to pull and its raining so I will pull more today if I have an empty container.
