Sized a bunch of bullets for the .308 and 30-30.

This is the new MP 432 Hammer. I cast a few hundred with the penta pin and loaded a hundred today. 10g of N350 for about 1000 fps. Cast weight 250g.
Got some new powder coat colors and coated some bullets.Attachment 235767Attachment 235768
Loaded 60 rounds of 38 Special with 3 grains of red dot and 105 swc.
Taking a break now from depriming a bunch of 9mm's. I started last week on 2 20mm ammo cans of 9mm range brass. I'm maybe 75% through that batch. Too bad that they are not worth anything right now!
Old ,new guy here. Second post actually, first one in wheel guns. Been lurking a long time. Just received my Mihec .314 140/135 gr.brass with pins. Wondering if anyone has info regarding same. Prepping mold, loads for same. Have gp100 , in 327 mag. and love it, but have not seen much on loads or bullet pouring . Have learned a ton from you guys, hoping there are some other 32 nuts out there. Thanks in advance.
Bought an old Lee pot for salt bath annealing. I spent a snowy afternoon in the shop shining it up a bit. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...36fadafb9c.jpg

Ugh! Started getting the reloading room ready to move to the new house. Packed up most of the powder, delaying the 748 and Unique to the last so I can stockpile some .223 and .38 rounds. Got to powder coat the .38s so I can load them up. I may not get my reloading equipment set up for several months after the move. I'm moving the powder and primers myself since commercial movers won't handle them.
Loaded a bunch of .223 using the 62 grain SS-109 steel core penetrators. The first bag of SS-109s were very inconsistent in shape. It took a long time to find a seating die setting that would keep all rounds at 2.260" or less. The second bag was a totally different class of bullets. They are very consistent and OAL varies about 0.005" in random sampling of the first 150 or so rounds with no chasing of dimensions.
Been absent a lot lately . Not much loading happening . Half of the loading stuff is still in the moving trucks too .
I did cast about 15 pours in and H&G #130 ....
I loaded some the 45 ACP I shot the morning my Dad passed way .
The lead I cast was some that we had scrounged at the recycling place about 5 yr ago .
The 6.0 gr of Unique was from the 12# he bought in 1968 , we had shot a few birds a couple of seasons out of that can also .
Some of the brass was out of his stash from long ago too mixed mostly RP and FC , a little bit of Winchester which was his .
The CCI #300 were all me .
I got 90 keepers from the pour a couple of weeks ago so that's what I loaded.
Cast 200 LEE277-135, about 500 MP227-75, and 200 LEE356-95 in a new to me 6 banger. Forgot how fast they drain a pot.
Cleaned my 30/30 and looked around at the mess..... I had to cut a limb off of the cedar tree next to my shed so it wouldn't damage it. Then we had a serious amount of straight line winds, it didn't damage anything in my yard, but not too far away both to the west of me and across the river to the east it did a lot of damage to buildings and trees. We lost power about 1300 and it came back on @1600.....
Gas checked and lubed the 227-75 boolits I cast today. Changed dies and lubed the 95RF and loaded some with 2, 2.2, 2.4 grains of red dot to test again tmro.
Not nothing
If "not nothing" then what? You know that's a double negative.......:kidding:
