I loaded up 18 more .32 Smith and Wesson cases for the wife's purse pistol. Which meant trickling 1.1 grains of Bullseye onto the scale to go with the 85gr cast bullet....truly hand-loading...

Worked this week end to add another reloading bench. I really need the expansion. I now haw 22' of continuous bench. In addituibm adding a vent system so I can cast indoors out of the cold.
Hello neighbor, from Va Bch.
Can't speak of the S&W; but my brothers.454 Raging Judge(notBull) spit hot cylinder gap powder projectiles impossibly straight in my face. After 3 shots of this and sorry accuracy I handed it back and recommended he send it back. He did, got it back and sold it. Get her a 4-3/4" Blackhawk .41 Mag. She'll love you more for the portable power than carrying a crew-served revolver:-)
I got a batch of .43 Mauser together over the weekend.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...e058cc808d.jpg

Loaded up a box of .44 mag with Lee 240-SWCGC (weigh about 250 in my alloy) over 9 gr of Unique. Just looking for a solid, everyday practice load.
See my review of Lee case trimmer in reloading equipment.
I wanted to cast a bunch of 452460’s but it decided to rain all weekend.
It has been cold for most of Oct through Dec, but today is in the 40's, so I am firing up the turkey fryer, with a batch of range pickups, to float off the copper, and make into ingots. I have 4 5gal. buckets of them, to do, so with work until I have get tire.
Setup a used 550b I picked up for 44-40.

I loaded up 10 rounds of 30/30 w/ 33 gr of H380, and 10 rounds w/ 30 gr IMR 4895 and the same RD boolits. I dunno how they will shoot, and it's probably a moot point as the rifle is reamed to 30/30 A.I.
But I had to do something in the shed today. It's nice, sunny and warm so far today....
Still sizing bullets and moving loaded ammo around. Got a half of a bucket of weights to sort after while. I smelt in batches of 350-400# and I almost have enough for another smelt.
Scratched my head over setting up my induction heater. The power supply is made for being mounted in parallel in a rack of similar supplies for computer networks and has no instructions period much less for powering the ZVS.
So I annealed a fist full of 9mm brass to swage .401 I words with my new BT die.
Then I emptied my master caster of alloy so I can cast pure lead cores in the AM.
I won't be doing much until after Christmas. We have a 3 day gun deer hunt after Christmas and I usually do it. Today was kind of a clean up day although I did sort through some range brass. Got all kinds of company coming over for the next few days.
Loded up thirty test loads in 223 for my Savage 24F.
10 40G Speer w/H322
10 40G Hornady VMax W/4198
10 55G Bator Lead bullets with Trail Boss powder.

Just to test, its been a while since I had a slow twist barrel.

Peeked in as I walked by on my way out the door to go to work, but after work I'll be setting up to sort through a coffee can fill of various 9mm empties ( i know already know there is a few with berdan primers), and after that I'm going to set up the press to load up the 55gr 223 lead boolits that I just ran through the Lube-sizer. And if the weather cooperates send a few of them, from the bolt gun. Then I am going to try out my new brass catcher I just got for the AR.
Got repurposed 3-9 scope mounted on in line ML 50 cail. To test for ML 7 day hunt starting the 15 th of January. Bore sited hopefully on paper first shot tomorrow. Haven’t taken this one out in about 8 years, we’ll see how it goes. 65’ clear and sunny should be good fun.
