I’m in need of a 44-40 310 set
I am in need of a .358 sizing stem for 310 rifle die and a 315 seating stem also for a 310 rifle size die. I don't have a bunch of 310 odds and ends to trade but I do have a few.
Also Needed: Sizer stems in .458 for rifle and a .427 for pistol.
Seating stem 418
Shell adapters #10 and #9
Muzzle Resizer #78
Somebody paid $255 plus tax and shipping for a plastic box 45-70 die set on evilbay in an auction I was watching last week. That's insane.
There is an aluminum handle .45 Colt 4 die set on evil bay for a $75.00 buy it now . That's less than the last new price on the dies before they stopped making them.
ColeT44-40, I had a beautiful pre-War #3 boxed set in 44-40 but sold it to somebody on this board about a year ago. They’re out there, just keep looking!

I need a lee .308 sizing die to resize some .310/.311 180 grain core loct round nose j words. Figured I’d try some in my 30-06.
I'm looking for a complete set of dies for .35 Remington. I have a complete set in .30-06 to trade. Any help will be appreciated!

Tripplebeards, I have the .308 sizing die; what do you have to trade?

good afternoon, I'm trying to build a .30-30 set of 310s for travelling use. I have the priming tool and a .308 inside expander. Looks like I'm in need of the sizer and the seater/crimper. I have a seating tool marked "153". I believe it to be a seater/crimper, but not certain. Anybody have any info?
Thx,
Tim sends
The info I have indicates a 153 die is for 270 Win.
The seater/crimper die is called DA or double adjustable by Lyman. The sizer is generally marked MR for muzzle resizer, if its marked.
Heres some of the die code info, just the numbers/calibers. if you can find your way into the site and look around theres more, it was bookmarked.

Found another page with most of the dies and codes

I believe there's a .30-30 set on offer on Gunbroker.
I'm sure I have both of the dies you need. Drop me an email while I check my spares.
Now needing a #97 die body to complete a .32 Special set. Have a #15 body only that came in the set I would gladly trade. It is for 30/40 Krag. This is the neck expanding die not the muzzle resizer die.
Eddie, don’t forget you can also use a 32-40 die (#28??) since it only neck sizes.

Yup, But then it would be mis matched . I have the muzzle sizer to put the downward squeeze on the neck. The 97 will keep the case neck better centered when I jam the .323 sizing stem in it , I think . Plus its an older 5 die set and I just want it like it is supposed to be. Any other time there would be a loose 97 body on ebay , no such luck currently. I actually have another complete .32 WS die set and a .32 Remington die set . The Remington set is .32WS dies with the correct .32 Rem priming chamber and handle insert in a factory box marked .32 Remington.
The .348 die set only Square Bute sent me a message on the other day sold for a few dollars over $130.00 , makes me feel a lot better about the $175.00 I had to shell out for the complete steel set with handles marked .348 that he found me a while back.
I have a complete 44 mag set would be willing to trade.
A 153 is for .270 . With no more than you have you would probably do better to try to buy a set off of Ebay much as it pains me to say it. There have been a couple of sets of 30-30 dies go thru there lately for not a lot of money. Priming tool and handle insert for 30-30 are #6 on both , #13 muzzle sizer and a 13 chamber with .308 and .311 lets you size for cast and jacketed. Hope your .308 expander is not located behind the de priming pin on your die , if it is that's a Truline Jr die and will not work with a 310 tool. There was a complete steel handle set in the box that sold for a hair over $60 the other day.
What does " Tim Sends" mean ? Just curious .
