I was disappointed the X Files never did an episode exposing that S&W factory grips were designed by extraterrestrials.

Attachment 313068 The factory puts Hogue rubber grips on s lot of their newer guns and I agree, they are more comfortable but ugly aint the word. I put a pair of the new style on my 625-3 after I took the hogues off and thank heavens it is not a hard kicker. Every time I look at them, the term "they don't make 'em like they used to" comes to mind.Attachment 313069 I left the Hogues on the 629 because I was using it in Alaska on the Kenai and your hands are wet a lot of the time. The are ugly but they give a better purchase on the gun when wet.
The old "coke" bottle stocks fit me better than anything but you can buy a used car for what they go for. I talked with Herretts and they said their Detective model stocks are very close to the old cokes.
A very nice bunch of wheel guns. Thanx for sharing..........
I purchased my model 15-3 brand new in 1976 from a place in Miami called Tamiami
Gun Shop. I still have the gun and its the most accurate handgun I have ever own. Have shot about 15,000 rounds of mostly my cast 148 wadcutters with 3 grains of bullseye. Enjoy yours.
Love my model 15!

Aww ya caught me.
Yep it’s a 67 no dash.
That's fine. It belongs here!
I've been wanting to get something in nickel, but I haven't found anything in the shape I want yet.
Years ago I passed on a nickel pair in the used counter that looked brand new. It was a 19 and a 586. They weren't expensive, but I passed, I think in favor of a stupid Kimber. I've been kicking myself for 20 years now.
The 15s are nice guns, folks tend to push them too hard, rather than buy a 19. I sold my 15s and bought 19s, which I still have. I use them for a sidearm when rifle hunting. A 162 RCBS over a stout load of H-110 and 205 M primers.
I like the KFrame 38s.
Those K frame .38s are special, thanks all for sharing.

My wife’s M67 and my daughter’s M15.
My daughter put Hogue grips on hers.
Perfect size, perfect shootability, and a big enough cartridge go hand in hand.

Those are Hunter 1100 holsters. I like them for general use here on the farm. I found these on ebay.
I was fortunate to find the engraved one for my wife’s revolver- most that I find look more like the bottom one!

That's what I thought, but the engraved one threw me off.
I accidentally discovered these recently. I had purchased a used holster probably 15 or more years ago and then never looked at it until recently when I realized it's a very good holster. I bought another new one because they're very reasonably priced.
The lack of a Model 15 in my safe is disturbing.
