Wow. I sure enjoyed and gained a lot of knowledge from this fine gentleman! Praying for family as they readjust to his passing on. God's peace to all of you.
I am guessing he had piles of inventory to be sold. In a few weeks for those who can use it to contact his family and buy the inventory? Might be helpful to turn the inventory (how does one otherwise sell it?) into cash. A lot better for them than throwing it into the trash.
RIP Grumpa may God bless your loved ones.
Wow I was saving up funds to have him make me some custom brass, I have some he made for me in an obsolete caliber and now every time I use it I will remember the fine gentleman that made it for me.
I sure hope the family gives those of here first chance at this inventory, so we can get our last chance at his fine work.
condolences to the family and so sorry for your loss. Seems that so many knowledgeable people we need here are being called home.
RIP grumpa, you’ll be missed
A great member that will long be missed.
Prayers and condolences ! Our fraternity has lost another brother.
His contributions were appreciated by many. He will be missed.
RIP Grumpa. May God bless your family in their time of loss.
He and I exchanged PM's on the third about 357max AR brass. Always a helping hand, my condolences to the family.
Bill
I just got a shipment of 300 25-20 brass from him.
How sad.
Dang! A finer gentleman there will never be- He helped many of us keep our older firearms shooting by providing otherwise "obsolete" cases, expertly formed, at minimal cost. His word was his bond, never questioned. He set an excellent example for all of us, dealing fairly with everyone who contacted him.
I've used his cases for years, and regret that I never had the wisdom to "stock up" for this unfortunate eventuality.
RIP, Matt- you are missed already!
We are diminished-
How sad. Grumpa will be missed. Every time I shoot some of his 35 Remington brass I'll think of him.
This is horrible news. RIP,Sir.
Yet another gifted and knowledgeable member taken from our midst. Condolences to the family and friends.

RIP my Friend
Grumpa was a staple to this site, he will be missed by all. I only hope he passed some of his knowledge to someone
I am shocked and sad to hear this. He was a great guy I first met while working on getting ammo made for a new (to me) .310 Cadet Martini. He was very helpful in working with me to thin the rims on some new Starline 32-20 cases so I could get up and running. Since I know those cases will last forever, I will think of him every time I shoot it.
