Red never seems to “flow” well for me. I know its fine, its just a nice color and I would like for it to be “better”. :-P

Mine is always "clumpy"... I tried adding some metallic as that always smooth's and thins colors for me. But now its just thin and clumpy. :)

I have been working on my Powder coating process for each caliber I cast, each have there own challenge. My goal is to have no blotchy finish, 100% coated.
Bullets on left of picture, 223, with gas check, and powder coated.
Bullets in center of picture, 380, Powder coated.
Bullets on right of picture, 9mm, powder coated
The pictures really does not do it justice, they really are nice.

I was doing some mixing too!!
I really like the color I get from Purple and White W/ splash of silver to thin. But in a senior moment I used Slamin Purple. Its a dark sparkly purple then white and little Silver Metallic.
What I got Im callin Frosted Charcoal...

Mixed a touch of NEON YELLOW with Hammered White. Kinda expected more of a yellow considering the intensity of the neon...
But its not unappealing.

The boolit is from the mold lyman 452389, cal 45 185 Ga.
I started making panlube, but that way they are easier to use, there are no sticky dies.
The PC is transparent when it is cooked in the oven, but while adhering to the lead it is white.
I just throw my boolits in a tupper, a small spoonful of powder and shake two minutes. Then with a pair of tweezers I arrange them and put them in the oven.

Not sure if this is right but generally most of the questions I’ve seen are what bullet design, powder coat color, brand of powder, and method of application. Some members have been good about adding that info but maybe that should be an added requirement to avoid majority of questions?

Agree with Stu...didn't mean to break the rules with my earlier question to CW, whose bullets look amazing.
Here is my first attempt at shake and bake powder coating.
