Used a gas check in a Lyman Postell mould to make about a 255 grain wadcutter for plinking in the 45/70

Took advantage of the break in weather and put a couple coats of Minwax Polycrylic clear gloss on my reloading bench.
Nothing today, Duck Hunted this morning with my youngest Son. Smelted wheel weights and odd scrap on both Friday and Saturday. About 700# Friday and 1050+ Saturday. The back needed a day off!
I got about 3 to 400 .357 Magnum cases ready to start putting powder and bullets in them this week. I also tumbled a bunch of rifle brass the in-laws gave me:)
It is public domain by now lol!

I just loaded up a bunch of .45 Colt mid range loads, played a little pinball with the kids and then fit a ambi safety on a new to me stainless Combat Commander. Good day... real good day.
I finished the .375 H&H loading project. Now to the other end of the spectrum. I want to see if my .300 blk likes 150gr Speer fp (30-30) bullets @ 1800 fps.

let us know about this, i have around 80 of these myself.
I made up a box of 410 1/2 oz. black powder loads roll crimped for a friend recovering from a shoulder injury and a penchant for white smoke and that wonderful fragrance. We'll see how his wingshooting works out with a borrowed 410 double.
Loaded up 1000 H&G #51's in 38 special. 4.2 gr WW 231. Win SP primers and mixed brass.
Then cleaned the Magna ported 3" Model 36 square butt that I just shot 200 rounds through.
All that time listened to the Patriots and Jaguars game.
Yes we won. Another Pats comeback.
GO PATS!
I'm in the process of prepping 2 gallons of 300 AAC BO, a lttle at a time, even with a trim master and drill powerd case length trimmer the finger joints get "creaky"
Sized a bunch of bullets.
Lee 150gr RNFP at .311, Lee 158gr RNFP .358 and my clone 3118 at .314 for the .32 S&W-L.
I inspected a die set in 9,3x57 that came in the mail today. private seller on facebook said it was like new only loaded 50 rounds with it.
might be so but then he must have stored it in his seaside boatshed. rust both inside and out. I tried some ed's red and a bronze brush and some came loose but I might have to chuck it in the lathe to give it a polishing, for now its soaking in ballistol.
Sized some 9mm pc.
Loaded a Lyman 12 GA 525 slug with blue dot hit dead center at 100’.
All Larry Gibson! As stated below.
I just finished lubing and sizing them (more just lubing because they drop just under the .460 die size I'm using)
Not sure how I'm going to load them yet but I'm guessing some H4198.
I'm going to try to run some numbers in quick loads if I can figure out how to edit the bullet designs.
5# for the 40sw yesterday, another 10# today. Found an unopened box from Roto under the bench, 1 bar said high Sb. Shoulder is really going to ache tomorrow.
