No, a wide flat face one. https://noebulletmolds.com/site/prod...359-191-rf-ai3
The one you showed I was helping them to get that made but a youtube guy got on there and derailed the whole design. They ended up getting it made but nothing has ever been posted how it worked.
That looks real close!!

Decided to give the 350 a shot on a bolt action platform.

Savage sa I had around, McGowen 18" with just a touch faster 1:14 twist, Hogue stock with full length aluminum bedding and a Vortex PST2.5-10 carried over from another project. Only did an initial break in today but seems interesting so far.
Thanks- very pleasant to shoot.
The only other experience I have with the 350 is on an ar platform. This barrel definitely has a tighter chamber, factory brass and the brass in factory ammo varies quite a bit in length and you can feel the interference fit on the longer cases. Will be interesting to work through that during load development.
Compared a few powders today more to solve my own curiosity, but figured I’d share as maybe others might find it useful.
The boolit used is from a modified Lee 358-200. I machined the top of the mold so it no longer has the gas check shank, just a plain base now. This also drops the weight to 180gr using close to ww alloy. All boolits were PC’d with a single coat of clear, then sized to about .358.
All loads had 25gr of powder. I chose this due to the shallow seating depth and I wanted adequate case fill for the 296. Even the bulkier 4227 was only about 95% full. With that in mind I figured 25gr of each would suffice while keeping things safe across the board.
All brass was unfired starline and primed with CCI 450’s and I was using an AR with an 18” barrel. Powders were I4227, 296, 300-mp, and shooters world SOCOM. I opted not to use 1680 as I already know it’s slower than these in this group and at 25gr it would have been fairly anemic.

Got the accurate mold the other day, just a few practice casts and a dummy round with a 170gr Hornady for reference. Casts right at 250gr with WWs.
No idea where to start for load data- open to suggestions.
This thread... It has a lot of info. :) There was a subsonic thread too.
Sadly, there is not a lot of published load data and the data I got from Hornady I found to be a little suspect. I am shooting AA11FS but with a really light boolit (125 grain) and a pretty full case. I found some loads with W296/AA11FS to be a little spikey if the case isn't almost to capacity.
I have found 357 MAXIMUM DATA to be a excellent starting point. If you have experience its all you will need. The maxi is very close in cap. The Maxi is loaded to lower pressures. Both make its data useable in the Legend. Now know that somempowders may not be appropriate for a gas gun as the Maxi never was a cartridge for that.
Good luck

Awesome thanks! Where are you guys finding 357 max data for 250gr boolits?
I use my experience and QL.

Well unfortunately I have neither:?:-
Where else might one look?

I have a pdf of a 350L load data sheet I got from a 350L group on facebook a while back. I will send you a copy if you give my your E-Mail address.
The data goes up to 220 gr.
Hey that would be great thanks!
trying to upload some data for you but this site is no longer playing nice.
It will not let me upload the pic so here is a link of it for sub data
