You may just want to purchase the punch holder from Corbin. The time and money spent may not be worth it here. Corbin makes very quality parts. I use the Corbin positive stop top punch holder on my hydraulic press. Repeatability never changes. Bottom out the dies, set pressure, small dwell and every bullet comes out the same. I know everyone has a budget. If you had a chance to use a hydraulic press you would never look back. I can easily get 5-6/second cycle times per operation. You can load the press as fast as you can move. Consider Corbin first, then decide if you can duplicate at a reasonable cost, your time and money.
Swaging makes me less dependent on the bullet manufactures. Their prices will always be going up.
