Smokes Clear and John Deere Green coated .430 then "Bumped" in BT Sniper's 45 SWC Point Form die. You can see a slight rupture in the PC right at the angle for the SWC extrusion. Since it non-bearing surface, it is cosmetic only.

You’d be a rich man if you owned the chickens that laid those eggs. [emoji4]
<Edit>
Oops, it looks like I violated the rules. It was right there in the title too... Doh.
Sorry, please feel free to delete my comment. Although I’ve technically never powder coated boolits with paint, I have powder coated many thousands off boolits with Hi-Tek powder. Not as pretty but here’s a picture of some of my boolits coated with Red Copper Hi-Tek powder (powder mixed with Acetone)https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...8013ffaa3d.jpg
Just last week I cast my first couple of batches of boolits. Yesterday I PCed them. Today I loaded some to test in a couple of days. These are tumbled with ASBB. Smoke's Signal Blue.

I need to improve on the coverage of the PC, but overall, I'm happy with it. I did the Dry tumble with Airsoft BBs. I think I need a deeper/narrower container and maybe less bullets at a time. There were some bare spots on some bullets. But, I think they'll shoot just fine.
Don’t you know the universe explodes if you reload steel cases!!!! (FYI I reloaded a single aluminum 9mm case 13 times with a CCI500 and 3.5 grn of bullseye over a PC lee 358-125 RF before the primer pocket got to loose for comfort).

That is 15 rounds of the lee 312-155 PCed with HF red in a 308 at 50 yards with 13 grn of 800xand a CCI 200 out of a 200$ TC compass 308 with a 1/12 twist.
'Old Lead', mixed 50/50 blk/wht, two different brands of PC...I guess that's why it's spotty.
Getting ready to size them...
OS OK I really like that "old lead" spotty look too! But as you all can see I kinda got the Granite look to my 50/50 coating.
Attachment 218837 And I just noticed and recognized the bullet tray is from your upside down sizer, Genius! :Bright idea:
And Grmps, that chrome and red is really good lookin'. Who makes those colors? I would love to have some chrome plated boolits!
Whoops! Forgot my pic:
