Got the pictures to load,45 grains of Varget and shot at 100 yards out of a 700 classic 35 Whelen
Funny you should mention that mold/bullet! Just got one, and did some casting with it last eve. It was my first brass mold, so had to learn how to use it. Found out it likes to be hot, and after it was up to temp, it did well. I culled them pretty hard and came out with 74 nice bullets. Now to powdercoat and load! I think they will make an awesome hunting bullet for me 358 Winchester.

To be a bit different here my Marlin .35 Rem really likes the Lyman 358315. I also shoot the RCBS 35-200, and it's good too, but with an appropriate amount of W748, that Lyman cloverleafs at 50yds for me. I have a nice old ideal mold and they drop at .359 so all they get is lube when I run them through my 450. They are a pleasure to cast and shoot.
Been having excellent results with the recent group buy MP 200 grain HP mold in 35 rem and 357 max ,
I never could get that 315 bullet to shoot well at full speed in my 35 Rem 1600fps it did great push it faster and accuracy would fall off quick . I've noticed there's at least 2 versions I've owned one has a shorter more rounded nose the other was longer and less rounded , the shorter version shot better . Both were undersized by design on the nose(bore ride section) at .346-.348
Can someone casting/shooting the Lee 358-200-RF tell me what diameter in drops in COWW or #2 alloy?
