Nothing nails, screws and a splint on that leg can't fix. :kidding:

add a few braces and a double layer of plywood and you have my desk!
back on topic...working my way through resizing and double checking the ~25lbs or so of wadcutters I got coated.

Loaded up 100 45 Colts using the RCBS 45-225-CAV boolit lubed with SPG and pushed by 6.0 grains of RedDot & WLP primers... along with 120 rounds of Cowboy45Special with the 160gr "Colt Law Special" pushed by 3.9 grains of Clays & set off by WLP primers. This just about replaces the ammo fired in my last two matches...
And, since... "it didn't happen if there's no pictures:"

Prepped some .223 brass.
Worked last two evenings trying to get the Loadmaster going for 223.
Case feeder is close but not adjusted right...yet.
Did a load workup for a 243 and a 22-250, then once the good load was found I loaded up 100rds for each caliber.
Loaded couple hundred rounds of 45 ACP, 230gr TC/TL over trail boss. Pretty much my go to load now for 45
I loaded my first 30-06 rifle loads in several years. I haven't loaded any rifle ammo because I wasn't shooting it much. Just often enough to check the impact point.
I decided to try some light 150 grain loads to see if that improved accuracy.
Hornady 150 boat tail spire point over 43 grains of IMR 3031. This is the starting load posted on the Hodgdon data site. Looking at about 2600 fps.
My goal was a lower kicking round as well. I also have read that the M-1 Garand rifle load was a 150 grain j-word at 2700 fps so I figured that was enough power for whitetails.
I don't think the 30-06 is a hard kicking round but I'm old enough now that my shoulders ache most of the time so I want to save them for as long as possible while shooting a favorite rifle.
jal5 are you sitting up your loadmaster in 223 for cast boolits , if so could I ask a few questions .
Most recently started casting from the 16lbs of approximated Lyman #2 I created from various scrap materials using the lead calculator to create the mix. Here is 400 126gr NOE 358135 hollow points for 9mm. They just need to be accurate to 25yds for paper targets. I'm tumble lubing with Recluse 45/45/10, sizing to .357 with Lee push through sizer, tumble lubing again for a Gen 4 Glock 19 with KKM barrel. 5.2gr BE-86/CCI #500 for all of my 9mm right now. It feels great and has been clean and accurate.

Re-sized a batch of PPU 6.5x52 brass to 7.35x51, for my newly acquired M38 Carcano.
ukrifleman.
Received new RCBS dies and a Dillon powder funnel for 9x18 Makarov. With a mix of Makarov and converted Luger brass make reloading easy.
First round of PC 95 grain hollow points shot as good or better than factory ammo.
Tonight I'm replacing springs in my P64, so the single action trigger pull should be a nice 3.5 pounds.
ain't the reloading room, but I'm off to the range to empty some brass :D.
Cleaning some 9mm cases I unloaded and some 38 Special cases I picked up and traded for. Going to load the 38's for my Dad's Smith & Wesson J Frame and add the 9mm back into the bucket-o-brass.
Loaded a cylinder full of 44mag with my new to me Whack A Mole Lee loader-310gr Lee gas check over almost a caseful of Trailboss. Accurate! And penetrating. Blew right through my "bullet trap" Which is only a 2.5gal jug packed with dirt. My wadcutters never go through until they have hammered out the center, but these just moseyed on along like nothing could stop them!
