Since I'm in late, are we still discussing cookies, or has that changed?
My wife makes cookies and that's it. I cook everything else. Bless her soul she can't par-boil t**ds for a tramp. But her cookies......my goodness, her cookies. They's wot inspired me to buy a BhN tester in the first place.

Now, dadgummit, stop talking about cookies, fudge, brownies and other sugar infested goodies!?
It's like a slap in the face for us diabetics, somebody is responsible for the drool on my keyboard!:violin:
Thank God for a few sugar free baking mixes, one for white cake, another for chocolate cake and one more for brownies. ACK! They taste like semi sweet cardboard!~:coffee: Oh, the sugar free frosting ain't too bad.

Can I substitute powder sugar in place of granulated sugar? Will it cause a Kaboom!?
Look. I have been baking for 40 years, and I swear I have baked this same exact cake 1,000,000,000 already, but why does my cake stick to the pan? I swear it has never stuck to the pan before in the last 1,000,000,000 I've baked it. Oh, and please ensure your answer meshes with my ideas or else I will argue and disregard any help you try to provide.
Anybody know what the best chocolate chip is for baking chocolate chip cookies? I heard Toll House can be kind of dirty?
How much money am I going to save by making my own cookies ?
I just got back from Wal-Mart and the stuff to make some chocolate chip cookies was $31.
Can I use the same components in all my other cookies ?
I only like little cookies. I don't bake little cookies because I can buy them for the same price, and my times worth something. I could be eating cookies instead of baking them. You know nothing!
