You might want to consider using non stick alum foil, as your "holy" pan above will eventually get totally coated with PC and the boolits will start sticking to it. The NSAF foil lasts almost forever! I have a sheet on one of my racks that I have baked probably 15 batches of 100 on and it still has not torn! Amazing stuff....if you READ the foil and use the non-stick side!!!!!
