Found 2lbs of HP-38 at Brownells, price just OK but hazard shipping expensive. Oh well, at least it is mine now. At 5.1 grains per load for old Webley Mk VI it will last awhile. Now if I can just find some LP primers and more Auto Rim brass!!

Buy? Nope...
How about 2x caddies of Unique and a case of RL7 found in a bulk purchase of a friends collection close out... along with 10k primers?
Any body need 38/40 components?
How about a New SAA Colt in 38/40?
(terminal proud Marine)....
Scored a pound of Varget at the lgs. They also had primers except no large rifle. Limit 200. Nine cents each.....
It sure as heck was NOT this pound. Look at the price on this baby!Attachment 298327 I am not paying 54.99 + 10% sales tax =$60.49 for a lb of powder.
My friend and I went to an out of town match and one of us won it! Driving home we stopped at a sporting goods store just to check! Then we stopped for fuel and one of the guys from the match was there and said hello. Short conversation turned to powder. He asks "did they have any Unique? ".Answer "not any more".https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...448e3fd908.jpg

Picked up a pound of CFE BLK today to try in our 17 Hornet CZ Americans and Contender Carbines. The Contenders don’t have a lot of room for improvement, the CZs we have trouble keeping up with the Contenders.
Ordered 3 pounds of IMR 4064 from Hogdon'd web site, waiting for shipping and delivery now. With HAZMAT and shipping came to a little over $52 a pound. Not "olden days" pricing but in today's environment not too bad. Positive side this is sufficient for what I use it for to last til I'm gone and still leave some or my son.
LGS called yesterday to say they got some
IMR 3031 I had asked for.
Took $50 out of my stash and went down
today. Wasn't enough to cover sales tax!
P.S. They only got 1 pound in.
I'm SWIMMING in powder! It's PRIMERS that I can't even WISH into existence!
Estate sale score yesterday!! Sealed 8-pounder of IMR4198 for $210 OTD...no shipping, no sales tax, no HAZMAT!!! Added to what I already had on hand, guarantees that I'll be out of primers before I run out of powder.
Bill
All that I can find locally is Accurate TCM. I need something for my 9mm loads.
Hodgdon Universal 2 lbs $59 each and 100 44 mag brass $35 Still wishing for primers
I have been really lucky lately!

I picked up 3k Tula SRM primers and just a hair over 14lbs of AA2495BR powder. I've never loaded any 2495 before, but should be just about perfect for most stuff I shoot.
I stumbled across a 1# container of Blue Dot at a LGS on Wednesday.
$44 plus tax...kind of expensive but I had just over a pound left in my inventory.
I use it in my.357Mag handloads and don't want to use up primers trying to find a different powder that works as well for what I am trying to accomplish.
Ordered an 8 pounder of W296 for $240+tax from a local supplier that deal in reloading components. I'm picking it up this week. A bag of shot was $58.
Maybe wrong powder, HEHE, but I received some new powder coat powder from PBTB today. Gonna give it a run cause Smoke is ‘out of stock’ on some colors. I still like Smoke’s powder, but got a hankerin to try something different.
Got some reloder 26 the other day
Local Scheels has a bunch of flavors of VV. No interest there, but there was 2lb's of Shooters World Clean Shot sitting there. I think that is close to the AA #2 I used a bunch of bitd. Grabbed one for $28 otd.
