In any case the Redding die only sizes about.600 down the neck and .220 or so of the base .
I don't know why the FCD in 45 ACP would be smaller than the 45 Colts. I use mine as a sizer for a really fat 45 Colts carbine . Even then it's plenty of hold on a .454 . Just an observation though.
