just friended someone on this site. soooo what does that mean??
you agree to buy a ton of stuff off of swap and sell for them :bigsmyl2:
That's the first step in asking to borrow money.:bigsmyl2:
Hopefully she's cute!
Now you have to live in paranoia that you will get un-friended.
And I thought we were all friends here
You get to see their posts in your Activity list.
wait------theres an activity list
thanks guys; a lot of help
I got a request a feww months ago ... someone wanted to be my "friend" ... I'm 72 and totally computer illiterate ... I didn't know what that meant ... I asked and got a lot of unhelpful answers but a few explained what that was ... I don't really understand it ,,, but I accepted him as Friend ... So far nothing has happened ... I haven't heard from him or noticed anyone looking / following ... kind of nothing to it .
I have no idea of what a Activity List is or what to do with it .
I honestly believe that if I knew everything there was to know about computers ...I cold press the right buttons and get my house cleaned , clothes washed and meals cooked ... I just don't know how to find the right buttons .
Having a friend ... so far ...hasn't gotten me in trouble and my friend leaves me alone ...
I even forgot his name !
Gary
that person is on this site
A friend might bail you out of jail. A REAL friend will tell you - "Wow, that was fun. When we get out of here let's go and do it again!"
Thanks Minerat .
I will check out my profile and see what I can do over there ... my wife tells me not to press buttons unless she OK's it ... the wife's not home ...
Krh1326 ... I need to write this down and tape it on wall next to all the important numbers and dates I keep forgetting ...I forgot what I had for lunch yesterday ...
Found my Profile and found my Friend ...that drop down is cool !
Thanks :drinks: Gary
I've got two friends on here. One was a fellow refuge from Gunboards, and the other regularly posts very interesting information. It's a good way for me to keep up.
You're welcome Gary. I usually push buttons till it blows up or works and when in doubt I un-plug the computer.;-)
