Custom made dresser with hidden compartment.
Hornady made some rapid Safes for the AR or Sotgun that attach to the wall.
Check out the 'GunVault' company.
any police car mount could be retrofitted to a bedroom situation, made for just what you describe
AMSEC makes two very nice "under the bed" long gun safes with electronic locks:
