Mounting Brockman's Generation 3 Winged Adjustable Rear Peep Sight's

If Brockman's Generation 3 Winged Adjustable Rear Peep Sight is currently available (I find confusion about this), I request information on its base's length and width. I also need to know if its two mounting screws are parallel to the barrel or perpendicular and the distance between center lines of these mounting screws.

I believe this information to be more a GUNSMITHING focus than one for Marlin lever action users. Since I suspect obtaining this information is not going to be easy, I have queried another web forum's GUNSMITHING subforum too (24 Hr. Campfire).
