This has to have been asked before but, my dismal search skills turned up nothing.
I have a Walther, Talon springer that is quite accurate. It has a rail and came with a *** scope that lasted less than 10 shots. I use it for vermin control and the occasional squirrel. Old story, aging eyes, and I'll submit to a scope on an air rifle. I am completely ignorant of what to even look for....or look at. All I know is springer air rifles are supposed to be terribly hard on scopes. Any and all suggestions appreciated.
In the same vein, about the rifle, is there anything that can be done with the absolutely abysmal trigger? Good grief...it is horrible.
