That's a beautiful thing.
Those are nice looking dive weights. You might want to look around in case somebody needs them. He might just give you more than the value of the lead.
Man and I don't have ANY Friends!
I'd trade them to someone who needs diving weights for more weight in lead. Or not.
Diving weights!!! That reminds me, my sweeties dad gave be a belt a few years ago and I forgot about them since I have a belt with a built in weight pocket.
My friend (daughter's high school boyfriend and plumber) brought to me 120 lbs pure lead a couple of day's ago.
All of my friends are on the lookout for me. It trickles in now and then. I let them shoot in my range too!
Very nice. A good friend dropped off a couple of scuba dive weights and a bunch of 30-30 brass. Didn't weight them; but they were much heavier than the wheel weights I scrounge.
I thanked him and offered to take him shooting.
That's the second friend who has given me 30-30 brass. I don't have a rifle for 30-30; but I guess now I have a reason to do so.
Friends are a good thing.
dudel -you live in Texas and you don't own a 30-30 lever rifle!! OMG!
More than lead value for sure if a diver needs them. Lead shot bags bring a premium, bit those are rubber coated a d in good condition.
Sorry folks. I have my dive weights stashed away but these are going in the pot....no sence having money and no lead. ;)
Good friends sometimes hook you up by you taking the lead. My buddy gave me 1800 lbs of pure lead. Sold some, kept some.
