Bread for one.
This can be cut or built up to the size loaf you may want ?
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups un-chlorinated water, chlorine kills the yeast.
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon yeast
Mix up in container, cover and let sit for 12 hours or so
flour counter and pore out batter, will be lose
flour top then fold on its self like an envelope
place in bread pan, seam side down, and let rise about 2 hours
bake at 400 gegs for 30 minutes
If you want crusty, put cast Duch oven and cover in oven and heat to 500 gegs, put bread batter on parchment paper so it can be handled, when oven and pan are hot drop parchment and bread into pot and bake, covered, 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes..
This can be sized to what you like
1 cup flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon yeast
do as above to handle and bake
2 cups flour
3/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon yeast
handle and back as above
Your oven will be different bake time ??? This is what I use.

make this all the time. It's delicious. I shape it into baguette after folding as described. Let rise 2 hrs in a baguette pan, score, and bake at 475F with a cast iron skillet in the bottom of the oven that has 1 cup boiling water in it to produce a "steam oven". I let is rise 24 hrs before baking. Best "french" bread you ever tasted. It's a "no Knead" recipe. I've never made a loaf with it, but I'm gonna!
