I spent the better part of this morning testing my pump setup with both the new Automatic-Resin-Mixing vat and the Inline-Reservoir filled with the premixed resin I'd prepared. Although the pump worked as designed, I found that it tended to suck...

I have one of the original type of Gauntlets from a few years ago. After a few light mods I found that I didn't need to spend more money on more expensive pellet brands to get it to shoot accurately. I've even shot some of my DIY pellets out of...

I Think, but I'm not sure that at this point I'm waiting for one last piece of this puzzle to arrive. Back when I first started posting this project over on the Epax 3D Resin printer Group on Facebook; as well as the Siraya Tech 3D Resin Printing...

I've made a few molds and a few swaging dies over the years. Unfortunately for me, the molds I needed to come out with the tightest tolerances just didn't quite make it there for me. Those were rifle bullet molds. I guess my mill and my lack of...

I finally got around to taking some photos of some of the alterations I've made to my 3D resin printer in order to accommodate the taller Automatic-Resin-Mixing vats that I printed with my filament 3D printer and that I milled out of HDPE. Right...

Mine used to do that all the time. I could shake it, tilt it, Shake-Tilt-And-Cuss, and it still wouldn't feed most of the time. Eventually I broke down and completely disassembled it to get at the small hole through which the BBs drop into the...

Just wanted to let you all know that I'm still here. This project is ongoing; it's just that the holidays and the delivery wait times have set me back some more. I was sure I'd be able to start printing this past week but, not so. I actually...

For each stated goal there are multiple ways of arriving at a successful conclusion. From a hobbyist's point of view perhaps, there are many more options for arriving at ultimate success. From a purely business and manufacture perspective where...

It was right under my nose all this time. I have a Spare-Change-Jar on my dresser that I put all my spare change in each time I empty out my pockets. I generally use this spare change at the end of each year to buy my new hunting and fishing...

I thought I'd gotten everything done that needed doing. I also thought that since I live in Arizona I would have no need for an inline heater to keep my resin heated to the optimum temperature for printing with my newly finished...

About HollowPoint
Biography:
I joined as a semi-newbie. Now I've been here long enough to consider myself knowledgeable about bullet casting.

With the help of some of the more experienced bullet casters on this site, I've developed some tools and bullets for my own personal use. Among them are a Soft-Pointing tool, Boat-Tailed Gas Checks and dies, Air Gun Pellet Swager, Match-Grade Air gun Trigger, K31 scope mounts and a few other things I've posted about.

The learning never ends and the ideas keep coming. Unfortunately for me, there isn't enough time in the day to tackle them all.
Location:
What the world calls "Global Warming", we in Arizona call "Summer Time."
Interests:
Hunting, Fishing, Reloading,Tinkering, Inventing
Occupation:
I'm a self-employed auto upholster by trade. Also an automotive after-market products installer
