I had my tank filled last month for $2.59 a gallon, 320 gallons to 80%. Last August gasoline was nearly $4.00 and LP was $2.01. I only use it for heat, cooking, clothes drying, barbecues and processing ww. My electric went up $25 a month from the...

MT Gianni replied to a thread EDC: Knife? in Our Town
I always got an inside chuckle when I entered a government secured facility with 2 18" pipe wrenches, a 12 " crescent wrench and several screwdrivers. They would look at what I was carrying in my bucket and ask if I had a pocket knife. I never...

Today the paperwork gets filed with your local doctor and in a hospital shared file. If you are conscious you can rescind those written instructions and state your wishes. If you are not they cannot be changed by family. One of my brothers business...

It requires a separate host like Imgur or what photobucket used to do before they started charging. Basically you post the image there and select the copy for a message board with the link usually starting with IMG. Copy the link and paste it here. ...

The threads on bullet hardness have been beat to death IMO. I have a 4" 69 and it shoots ww hardness, basically BHN 12. With the factory grips the accuracy of the load is the limiting factor not the possible velocity. The best thing I ever did with...

I have it. The good news is that the little voices in my head need to shout to be heard and often it isn't worth their effort.

I am in a class working on end of life paperwork. If you have none the DR's will keep you alive at all costs. I believe if you choose for them to only medicate pain in that situation you will get pneumonia and pass inside of a couple of weeks if...

Probably a thread for introductions, thread for currently owned and our thoughts on them and a thread for molds and powders would go well with pending acquisitions.

It's crazy isn't it, I have no interest, but would be all in on a Ruger reintroduction of the 357 Max. Essentially the same cartridge with a far different platform.

https://noebulletmolds.com/site/product-category/bullet-moulds/314-316/315-102-swc-az4/ This is a near copy of the RCBS 98 swc which should feed in a lever. It works great in a handgun.

Plumbers lead is also called pure lead though it tests out closer to 7 BHN and pure supposedly is 5 bhn. I like Elmers definition of Hard being 1 pt tin in 12 pts lead instead of his regular 1 in 16 or 20. The only reason to use the term "Hard or...

Biggest concern may be the bushings wear where it will no longer provide a consistent closure. I would pull off the handles and sprue plate. They get soaked in diesel and cleaned up as so many have stated. Make sure the plate is flat and true. Go...

In the early 90's a man outside Evaro, MT heard some noises outside. They woke him up and he chased a grizzly bear off of his front porch. It was about 1:30 AM. 30 minutes later the noises were back and the crash of the bear entering his home got to...

I have shot the 44 mag out of Rugers, Smiths TC's and Rossi 92's. I see no reason for gas checks with a good lube. Fastest was 1850 fps with the Rossi.
