Back in the day seen a 32H&R mag case necked to 30cal and a 220 gr Match King stuck in the end. Really whacked steel targets at 200 yards. There was/is a 7mmJI which is a 221 Fireball case necked to 7mm and depending on the twist a 140-180 gr...

Maybe size some brass and see if they produce SAAMI spec ammo. I bet the Wilson stuff is the real deal. Neal Jones made stuff to fit your stuff. Can't make out the other.

If the die isn't marked with the "standard" chambering then the die may have been modified. I fired 3 cases in my 6br and sent them to Harrell's to match a sizing die for my chamber. You go to any length chasing zeroes.

If you plugged the pot into the wall receptacle and it came to temp then most likely it's fine. If it was hot as heck when plugged into the PID socket, I'd be suspicious of the socket. Does the PID power output use a power cord female end? If...

You got that right. A simple test is to grab the power cord with your hand and see if it gets warm or hot. Shouldn't do either. Test it with the back of your hand first.

A thermocouple produces a voltage (really small) that changes as temperature changes. If you take a voltage reading across the terminals as the temp goes up, you should see a change in voltage. If temp goes up and there's no change then it's bad. If...

Plug the pot directly to outlet and see if you get to temp or higher. If it does, then check the thermocouple output voltage. They do wear out after a while.

If it gets cold over there, you got the AC set too low. It did get chilly when I was in a walk-in cooler or freezer. When I left from over there I didn't own a jacket. My buddy picked me up at SEATAC and carried me to JC Penney's to get one.
