The Siamese Mause conversion to a 44 requires a box magazine insert. As I recall it was an article in Shooting Times, years ago about a 444 conversion. I do not recall the magazine used but it fit inside the orignal Siamese Mauser fixed magazine for...

I have had one for decades. I got mine after a fellow did a drill and tap on my rifle that was out of line by half a hole. Put the Forrester in a Bridgeport and it makes straight holes in a straight line and the same depth. Because of the guides and...

The 512 sights, front and rear will fit the 510. So if you removed them, you have a set of 510 sights. I collect 510s, 511s and 512s, have 12 of each, including the P models with the peep rear sights. The barrels on the P models are marked P.

Right now I am reloading and shooting the 6mm Mongoose while I recover from heart surgery. Light weight, AR-15, light recoil, very effective.

Rich, that is a good fix that has no permanent alteration of a part. You can adjust the shim washer thickness under the spring to taste. Barrabruce, thanks for the data, good shooting guys, Martinis rock on.
