Yes, Eben (E Author Brown) does good work on single shots, He own BF as well as does Contenders and Encore guns stuff. were it Me, and I had a 357 Mag single shot barrel, I would just ream the chamber to a 357 Super Mag (max). It is roughly 1/4"...

Probably .12 to .13 would be close for a flat point 45 cal. Larry Medler's Silhouette Ballistics program will run actual scope adjustments in clicks and incremental trajectory tables which you can print and put on a scope front bell with clear...

Do not forget the TC carbines, Encore and Contenders. Perfect for a straight wall case. Plus the 357 Super Mag (Max) You can buy a 357 Mag single shot and run a reamer into it to change it to a SM. They shoot cast well with a 12 or 14 or 16 twist...

First thing, check you speed of sound at your location and load the PC 230 grain bullets below that number. I use the JD Jones data on the 300 Whisper with H-110 and 296. About 1,000fps that shoots sub 1/2" at 50 in my 1-8 twist 16"AR. Alloy is very...

If you buy the proper bases and put them on correctly, with the right screws in each base, they will go on correctly. Get the screws backwards and you will have bolt function problems. If you want to use locklight, use only blue do not use red....

I saw Bill Rogers casting operation working with Magma machines. He was running 38 Spl remanufactured ammo at the time with SWC cast bullets. Casting in one building and reloading in another building. Those casting machines are something to watch.

Seems like you would be mile ahead of the game to find a cobby XYZ gun that you like and have it re-barreled with exactly what you want, cut rifling, for cast, twist for your preferred weight bullets and chambered in 38-55. Before you buy what you...

There is no way to hang a sizable picture without a hole some place. What I did was make a 3/16" drill hole at the top of the brick in the mortar joint so that you can not see the hole when standing on the floor, then drove a 12# common nail into a...

Interesting that the US can not make ammo anymore, but foreign countries can make it, ship it to the boat, ship it by boat, pay import duties and then shipping in the US and still make money. Sounds like a hose job.
