I knocked my sister’s loose tooth the rest of the way out during a pillow fight… I felt terrible about it.

Trust me, there have been plenty of devious plans trying to sneak into my mind lately. I’d love nothing more than to throw a brick through the front window with a love note taped to it. Well, maybe there are a few things I’d love more… but I am not...

So my credit card was compromised after a recent online purchase. No big deal, my card company froze the card after the thief attempted two purchases in a row on the same site. We were notified and got everything taken care of. The first purchase...

I got some time yesterday to splash a bit of lead into some holes and am pleased to report that my mold is now dropping happy boolits! A big thank you to all for the suggestions.

I agree that you’ll likely spend more than buying an off the shelf Glock but if you already have spare parts sitting around it can be a good way to use them. Saying that it can’t be sold is not entirely true. It isn’t legal to build guns to sell...

I put together a full sized P80 “G17”. It’s a fun afternoon project and neat to say you made it yourself. I will say that the one I did is gen 3 style and is a bit snappier than my actual gen 4 G17. Not sure if they are still only gen 3 compatible...

My first AR was a WW carbine. It’s never given me any kind of issue and the fit and finish is good. Nice even black from muzzle to butt and a nice tight upper to lower fit. I know it’s not your 20” model but it is a fine rifle. I’ve built others...

While these commie rifles are very simple and can be (and commonly are) resurrected in a garage, making certain parts from scratch is beyond the abilities of the average Joe. The trunnions and bolts are forged and heat treated. This is critical to...

Thanks for sharing! Every Mother’s Day I have my mom and sisters over for lunch and some shooting. We typically pick up a few cases of no-name sodas for the event. So much fun and plenty to sip on when you’re not shooting. It does bring the ants...

This is good information. It’s unlikely that I’ll have an opportunity to pour any fresh ones within the next week or so. I have adjusted the pins and it definitely seems to help. I like that it feels crisp when the halves lightly click together....

Ah, there is one a bit further in than the other. I’ll have to dig out one of my other Lyman molds so I can compare pin protrusion. Thank you for the reply!

I picked a up used Lyman mold a while back and decided to cast a few with it last night. I was tickled with how well they filled out and they dropped out like butter. Unfortunately, I found they are a bit out of round. Upon closer inspection I...
