I look at it from the position that I would never ask someone via email or text to buy something and send it. Requesting someone spend $$$ without a FTF conversation or a phone call is inappropriate.

I missed the Chapter 7, .... good thing it wasnít a snake! After some research it appears corporations and LLCs can file chapter 7. Most donít because if assets arenít sufficient to satisfy debts some of the shortage can be shifted to the owners...

I am not an attorney but if your debtor is incorporated or an LLC their personal assets are probably protected. If so unless their vacation was paid for with a company check or credit card it wouldnít be reason for a court to deny the bankruptcy. ...

Did you mike the case thickness & compare to other HS brass? Some of the additional weight may be due to a thicker base too. Or the metallurgy of the the brass Blazer uses. Cartridge brass is supposed to be about 70% copper & 30% zinc, but the...

I always wanted one. Then a friend purchased a new, made in USA target model. Close to $1,800.00. It shot great, for 15 rounds, then FTE jamb after jamb. We cleaned and re-lubed it, that corrected the problem for five more rounds. Gunsmith...
