Depends on what percent is lead. All lead would be a steal. 50% lead would be OK. Any 25% lead would be waste of time and money.

NOE has the "blueprints" for the molds when you click on a mold to buy it. The sample I looked at went from a diameter of .513 to .467 for a depth of .046.

Most insurance companies have a roadside assistance service for a few bucks a month. I’d check there before AAA. I live near the the I35 & I80 junction in Des Moines. But all my vehicles have 2 to 5 times that many miles on them…. Feel free to...

The quote said 350 miles in steep hills with a heavy load… FWIW the standard Tesla can go 250+miles on a charge. And I’d take that bet in a heart beat.

FWIW when sorting I toss all the trash into one container(including rubber...), lead into another pile, questionable stuff into a separate pile to be tested later. I find it easier to sort everything rather than stopping every minute to test if...

But realistically less than 1% of vehicles sold today can do that. Electric vehicles could easily replace 90% of the driving that most people do and you'd never notice much of a difference. Not many people drive 300+ miles per day. I have...

I've found N340 to be very similar to Unique grain for grain, but my shooting with direct comparisons has been limited to 38 Special and 300 Blackout. I'm sure a moderate load would work and should be easy to come up with.

If the 300 blackout is in a bolt, the powders listed will probably work. If you’re trying to cycle an AR you’ll need something like 1680, H110, or similar and not really compatible with 9mm.

I wouldn't worry too much about the .351 reading. As long as the barrel is smaller that the cylinder throats you'll be fine. It's highly unlikely the barrel groove diameter is actually larger than .3585. The .351 measurement is due to the...

What happens drop a .358 bullet into the cylinder? Does it fall through or get hung up? If it drops through I’d size at .359. My GP100 is .357. I use .358 or .359 and they work equally well.

Lube isn't what I'd consider normal contamination from sitting around in someones house.

No. In my experience no normal level of contamination will have any effect on PC. I have a feeling people that mess up the PC process use "contamination"...

In a free market buyers and seller determine the price of goods. Price gouging laws are an emotional and illogical response that keep the market from self adjusting. If gas stations and grocery stores could adjust prices before and during an...

I treat the 105 SWC like a 124 SWC with a shrunken nose. The bearing surface is pretty much the same as a normal 124 grain bullet. The 140 grain wadcutter is great in .38 Special target loads. It can be used in 9mm but there's a balancing act...
