Well, truthfully, that Bonneville is probably what I need, just take short trips when I feel like it. Good commuter, easy and fun to ride and British twins just look so classy. No shortage here in the Flint Hills of nice rolling country two-lane...

I comutted to Topeka daily for a while on a 2003 Suzuki Dl 1000 V-Strom. Also did week long trips for work to Fort Knox and also Great Lakes Naval station, both just over 600 miles. That was a great bike for putting miles in on the slab, fast and...

Looking for a set. I really prefer anything besides Lee dies for bottle neck stuff, but I'll consider them if that's what's available. Anybody have a set they aren't using?

I used to ride quite a bit, not group joy riding stuff, I used the bike to get places for the most part. I kind of got out of it a few years ago and the two remaining ones I have have been sitting in the shop. The big enduro, I'll get going on my...

I don't watch on Amazon, but a sight called IMDB has break downs of synopsis, history, cast with bios and work history, etc., of every TV show and movie ever made. James best was a good actor and a good guy. He was in three of the better...

I shoot a rolling block in .45-70, my loads for 100 yard target shooting are pretty wimpy even by Trap Door standards, but they shoot great. As to the lead inavailability, most of the naysayers aren't willing to look for it. I have probably a...

6mm never has been that common. Best to handload for it. I am set up and have cast some bullets for mine, but so far, I've only provided some for my brother's .243, but he was pleased with how they shot. Mine really likes Winchester 760 and...

I have a 480 and bought it because it is a thumper. There are handguns that are more powerful by far but it is something I can handle . Also have 44 spl, 44 mag, 45 colt. I wonder why you bought a 480 if you want to turn it into a milder gun? You...

My 788 in 6mm is one that will never leave me. I never saw a 788 that wasn't a pretty good shooter. I've had a few over the years. The 6mm has always been a great shooter, though I'm not real sure it'll outperform the economy rifles of today.
