Fixed sight martial revolvers, either military or police, single or double action, are minute of man firearms and not designed for target shooting. But at some point most manufacturers offered them with some kind of adjustable sight system. Target...

Unprovable without documentation and no possible way to document. No way would I invest a dime. There’s no sn evidence of either of the guns used by Alvin York afaik and that is relatively recent history.

I replaced a very odd lower swivel on a sporterized Krag for my bud, it kinda wrapped down both sides of the stock. I used a mini mill to remove the odd mortice and used it to cut my replacement block. Matched it. Then used it to cut a correct krag...

Had one but like the rcbs measures much better. The micrometer adjustment screw is great for load development. I have used Dillon 450 measures on my Lyman turret presses but have upgraded to 550 measures for pistol ammo. Very consistent throws.

You could always do the Cracker Barrel method for mounting anything to a wall, a long screw right through the stock in several strategoric locations. Also makes them theft, kid and earthquake proof.
