Triplebeards spelled it out perfectly. I’ve shot over two hundred deer in my long hunting career and it’s always been the best place to air, shoot, and hit. There are very few deer I haven’t collected after shooting them in that spot.

About trimming cases: make sure you don’t have any Hornady brass mixed in with your brass. If you happen to find a Hornady brass in the bunch DO NOT SET YOUR TRIMMER TO THAT LENGTH. Hornady brass is made shorter than any other brand on purpose. A...

I bought this scope new last year for a new Browning X-bolt rifle. I shot the rifle a total of sixty shots and decided I didn’t want to hunt deer with a bolt gun. I’m a bow, handgun, single shot kind of hunter and the X-bolt was monotonously...

I had a Skinner rear on my 1886 45-70 and put a light tube front sight on the front of the gun. It worked very well for hunting in all light conditions. Easy to pick up and shot with quite a bit of precision for deer sized game.

Brought to you by the same company that introduced the 5mm rimfire round. I know several people who own Rem rifles and only rarely find some Mexican made ammo for those guns. If you buy one, learn to reload if you don’t reload now.
