    I looked in the 1968 Herter's catalog at their Herter's Low Cost Rifle Loading Kit , which looks just like a Lee Classic Loader , but one was not listed in 30-40 Krag ... I was thinking Herter's made one or Lee made one for Herter's but no deal...

    I have seen it a lot ... usually not on this site and usually by newbe's ... to them a bullet is a complete loaded round . They like to call the projectile "Heads" . That and calling Load Data ... recipes ... used to bother me ... it's data...

    You might want to give Accurate #5 or maybe #7 a try in the 38 Heavy Duty . Accurate #5 is a bit slower than Unique and has a good pressure / burn rate in the 38 special case . I have been trying Acc #5 out with 160 gr. cast Wadcutters and so far...

    I've never heard of prepping the bore for a change in lubricants . I clean the barrel / gun after every shooting session and do no prep for a "new" lube ... just shoot the new lubed boolits in the clean barrel . Maybe you have to do something...

    My eye sight isn't 20/20 , I'm blowing the photo's up and what I see is ... 308 - NO - MAG That should be the 308 Norma Magnum ... Do they still make ammo / brass this one ? It came out in 1961 and the Nosler #4 Manual gives it high marks ......

    NOE has some "real" Keith designs ... A while back I lucked up and got a 41 magnum Keith and a 38/357 "Keith Signature Series" mould ... a work of art with Elmer's signature engraved on the blocks ... I haven't used it yet ... it's just so good...

    LIKE ! So cheap , so easy and it works like gangbusters on pivot points . Dry Lube is good as a mould release , inside the cavities but Teflon can take a lot of heat ... but , you can't over heat it . Gary

    Are you a great shot ? You can do all manner of things to a revolver ... have Clark Custom Guns build you a precision bullseye match revolver ...but if you are a lousy shot ... It isn't going to target well . Really good shots spend years honing...

    Band cut from inner tube was the old way but I bet a Bungee Cord would work even better ...with a hook on each end . Buy a small box of assorted sizes from local wally mart ... the small ones come in handy as holders . Gary

    How deep are those primer pockets ? I have never seen a primer seated so deeply ... the firing pin can't reach the primer . So what's going on to let this situation happen ? I've only got questions at this stage of the investigation . Gary
