White labs proof tested the Rossi M92 in 45 Colt to 50,000 psi way back when, so Ruger + loads are good go go in it. They also chamber the M92 in 454... I shoot a 275 from Hunter's Supply with 20gns of IMR4227 in mine.

a Chamber cast might be a good place to start. Then you'll have the throat diameter and the neck diameter also. Take the neck diameter subtract the case wall thickness, give it .001-.002" clearance to expand the brass and let the bullet go and...

Stan Baker passed about a dozen years ago. If I remember correctly Brownell's sold the expansion tooling to do that type of choke. Give them a call. They might still have instructions or advise. I've never did one myself but if I remember...

It's more work but thin-walled barrels can be swaged up for choke tubes. It was very common at one time. Stan Baker did one for me in the mid 80's by belling out the last couple inches of the barrel and threading it for his custom Winchoke...

Water does not break BP down. BP that has been underwater for a very long time can be dried and used. If the ball or shot has been removed any reason to not just fire it?

Standard BP loading practices should suffice. Fill with FFg to reach the base of the bullet, seat a bullet and shoot. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Hate to tell you this but Aimpoint started selling them in 1975. In two years it will be 50 years. The reflector sight was invented in 1900 by the Irish telescope maker Sir Howard Grubb. Aimpoint claimed to be the first to mass produce a reflector...

The Problem with the Eddystone is that the forging operators turned the temp up on the ovens so they could skip several steps in the forging process and just stamp them out quicker. With the Billets being held at a higher temperature for long...
