I won't go that far but it's been 6 months since I last visited and turned off all their ads. I drove an hour each way to buy a gun cabinet based on inventory. They didn't they have the cabinet, wouldn't sell the floor model and said on line...

You're having way too much fun. How's the new loading room? It's warm here today and I'm out in my loading room avoiding the heat and flies.

If you could only figure a way to cut down those 50BMG primers that are always available into 2 or 3 large or small rifle primers. LOL

Midway had CCI small rifle magnums today, if you move fast... I stuck my RCBS ball mic down 350L brass which was .010" to .75 inches and was .017" thick when I ran out of reach at .950". Do you have an unsupported web like 350L?

LOL I wonder myself. On the side of optimism I ordered 8 lbs of 11FS and a brick of primers for too much ($100) but they didn't change the shipping so I feel better about it. The powder was $31.27/lb + tax shipped.

Got the 223 upper cycling. The upper parts were tighter than my 350L and the bolt carrier group would stick in the buffer tube. I filed the buffer tube locking plate flat and use a new nut and it cycles well now. Got it packed with the 350 for a...

My first 99 pieces of 350L brass were hard won. I bought a diaper for mine right away. I still lose a couple when I forget to put it on. Which I do but the price drops to $.27 when you buy 1000. i got the 223 cycling this afternoon, think I'll go...

I had them call me back in less time than they said and fixed the problem in minutes. Yes I would say that is unusual! I've never had them get an order wrong either. I do troubleshooting though and sometimes it's one wrong thing after another!

Aren't safety devices Wonderful? Some safety devices create a bigger hazard. What was so wrong with the old valve that we create this mess?

I really like my 350 Legend with the 35-200 cast boolit. I got 223 while waiting for 350 Legend brass as I could get 223 brass by just forgetting to zip my range bag. I built a 1 in 8 Wylde for J words but it's easy to change barrels and this is a...

MP Hollowpoint are the only brass molds I will buy, they are higher maintenance due to tinning. For solid bullets I prefer aluminum or Iron. I have an Arsenal aluminum mold and like it.

I was able to work up a load for 350 Legend using 11FS powder and data for H110 as there is no data for 11FS and Cast. I also saw the spread was over 100 FPS and cut that in half with Magnum Primers. I'm now 39 FPS slower than the Maximum H110...

I think with Gas Cutting it is the high speed of the gasses dumping BTUs in a small area. Gun Powder supplies it's own oxygen but there might not be any left over to burn paper.

I got the RWS 48 with side lever cocking. The leverage is much better, much easier than a break barrel.

Powder Valley had CCI small rifle for a few minutes this morning for $85+shipping. You have to pound the virtual pavement. I had a list of sites for the 350L brass that I would visit every day or two.

I wet tumble with stainless pins, RO Water and a few squirts of Dawn dish detergent. Reverse Osmosis water just eliminates the need for anti calcium additives. The brass is clean inside and out and I don't have to buy and dispose of tumbling media.

Loaded another 100 350 Legend with MP 38-200 penta hollowpoints. I hope to get to the range this week and try them at 100 and 200 yards. I'm deep in brass now but will have to get more powder soon. "It's always something."

I'm pretty sure I could go a little past 2,000 fps and still be under 55K PSI with 11FS but 1,951 is plenty good.

You could be right about the brass. I figured crimping primers would be beyond most reloaders. Someone could also pull down the cheap Winchester 145g bullet rounds and reload those. At one point they were close to the price of primed brass. I...

You may have me confused with P Flados. I am loading 350 Legend with a MAP of 55K PSI and am doing my best to stay under that. My first batch of brass was "once fired" Winchester. It probably was because the primers were crimped but there were a...

I should be above 50,000 PSI with this load going by speed and comparing to H110 loads. Hodgdon's latest data shows almost identical data for 11FS and H110 but I am 2 grains light of the extrapolated load and running 40 fps slower than the H110...

The range has been closed a lot and my first day there I found I can't shoot rifle with a red dot, it's my eyes. It was so bad I was thinking the gun/load was no good. I was back again Friday with a scope rough sighted at home. It was 6" low at 50...

I grew up with Dremel, dad was a serious modeler but I find 1/4 inch die grinders with carbide burrs more useful and for the most part better built. A Makita Die Grinder can be had for around $100 and removes material much faster if it's larger size...

I just bought 1,000 FMJs in 223 To get started in this caliber cheap. I couldn't get 350L brass but I get pelted regularly with 223 at the range so that brass gave me something to do while I waited. I paid $.08 per bullet compared to hunting rounds...
