Dang nice buck, and purty rifle as well. I have been looking for the same .357 for over a year, and can not find one that is decent priced. Good job all the way around, fine eating right there.

If you start skipping lands or skids in the barrel. You will see the signs on a recovered bullet. On the recovered bullet you wouldnt have nice sharp grooves. Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk

I think I have between 4-8 rounds of loaded ammo, If I can find them, I will pull the bullets, dump the powder and send them to you for free. I know its not a lot, but a guy here from down in GA, forgot them when he picked up his rifle before going...

lets see, 2.5 years ago, a 98 action, with a Bold trigger/w saftey in the package, complete, for $85, and that included a cut down military stock that is solid walnut, and Leupold one piece scope base. I bought a new in the waxpaper Fn Stepped 24"...

Aluminum molds would last a bit. Thats what Elvis Ammo used for his zinc casting. Dont use a stainless steel melting pot and allumin molds dont last long. The molt zinc is a funny weird stuff. Aluminum dissolves in it like sugar dissolves in...

I cut the fat up, an run it thru a grinder, makes rendering it down much faster and easier. When rendered down, it looks like clear honey, when you jar it up, and turns white when it cools down. The cooling down part seals the lid, with a vacum. It...

First off, no I did not kill it. A neighbor out by our other farm, killed a #464 brute bowhunting this evening, and gifted me all the fat and a whole ham! To say I am stoked is a understatement. I had 4 buckets full of fat to render down tommorow,...

I feel your pain on loosing brass. I am usually not happy unless I find more than I actually shot up. I just got done making about 400 pcs of 300 BO brass and they will be looked for when I shoot them. Fortunately the range is paved so brass is easy...

You are talking wholesale versus retail. I believe you got a good retail price there especially since some of it is already boolits, so someone somewhere down the line thought it was good casting alloy and it probably still is. If you were selling...

Allow me to audit this, I have the 120 gr gas check and am wondering about it for the BO also. I got it for 30 carbine a long time ago and haven't done much with it. Seems like it would be okay though.

90457,,,, This is a Lee 356-125 round nose 6 cavity. They come out of my mold at about .358 and function fine and seem accurate. Titan shows them in stock while I am writing this.

I saw the comment about being out of luck with the 45 ACP. I use a short piece of 1 1/2" plastic drain pipe as a bushing to pull bullets from short rounds. Just set the pipe over the ram with the ram down, raise the ram and grab the bullet when it...

I fired 10 or 15 rounds from my 7.62X39 side charge AR with 8 gr Unique and a lee 312 165 gas check boolit just to see what would happen. It was exactly like a spring loaded straight pull rifle. I will make some more one of these days.

I had a Mohawk 10 I think. It was brown and fed from a clip magazine. Seemed like the barrel was kind of loosely connected to the receiver where the rear sight was attached. Still it was a shooter but not as in demand as the 66.

Trailer plate is permanent. Trailer is insured when it's hooked up to the insured car. No free lunch on the car itself.
